I have a theory that in 2027, Dick is not the only one wearing a white Owl mask, for I think Kate is in the Court with him given that one is technically a Wayne and the other's a Kane. I also think a now more mature but still eager Bette insisted on being involved and also now wears a mask.

This is based off the fact that the Court recruits from the wealthy bloodlines of Gotham along with the influential and people with power, and that I doubt Dick would go in alone again without some backup. Plus it would make sense for him to join along with two scions of another of the Founding Families of Gotham.
