E27 Rosters: The Legion of Superheroes

What's been updated? We have reaches the starting lineup for the starting thirteen. When all are funded, we'll do another poll to determine which member will be the bonus release!

I added clarification on what every character's CURRENT codename is in E27. These are subject to change before they become canon with their release and/or mention in any other E27 material. I also added a list of all the potential additions to the Legion. If you feel I have overlooked someone vital, be sure to let me know.

First off, I should make it clear that they're not called the Legion of Superheroes in Earth-27, at least not officially. Here's why:

In March of 2017, President Luthor announced his 'Earth Hospitality Act' which popularized the term 'Xenohuman' and created the 'Advena Legion'. Though the measure has yet to be officially approved, it's actually being well received and is expected to be made into law soon.

The Advena Act creates the possibility for alien refugees and travelers to become official citizens of the United States (and thereby Earth) through a process of enlisting in a public service, like fighting crime as a member of the 'Advena Legion' (or more colloquially known as the 'Legion of Superheroes' or 'Legion of Alien Heroes') or working at NASA or for the NSA, DEO, or even just building infrastructure or whatever.

Applicants for the program are monitored by the DEO and are assigned a handler. Their handler determines where their skills, talents, powers, etc. would be best utilized and then monitors their progress after placement. If they fulfill the terms of their placement for a specific period of time, they are given official citizenship and even have the option of assuming a normal human identity if they so choose (and are so able to disguise themselves as such).
Once placed, aliens in good standing are given 'xenohuman' status under the law and are afforded all the rights and privileges of a normal human.

The Advena Legion is the big flagship of the program and while the rest of the program has yet to really be implemented and enacted, awaiting legislation and funding, the Advena Legion is already being formed under the Executive Branch of the US government. Its members are still being recruited and though they have yet to make their proper, public appearance here are the members that will be part of E27's Legion of Superheroes!
(and yes, that means they're not a team from the far-flung future, nor are they time-travelers. They are contemporary aliens in modern day)

The Advena Legion: The Figureheads

These are members who were already given 'Xenohuman' status by President Luthor in exchange for time and injuries already sustained in public service (and also in exchange for their support, even just token support of the bill).

Oh and just so you know, as they currently aren't allowed to have secret identites as part of the Advena Legion, all Legionairre characters will only have a single portrait which should make getting the first 13 in Season Three very possible.
